On Thursday 23rd January 2025 we were delighted to hold our annual Long Service Awards at Ulster Rugby's Kingspan Stadium, Belfast. This was a special celebratory event of our staff who reached the 20+ years' service milestone in 2024.
It was a fantastic afternoon congratulating and celebrating the wonderful people we get to work with daily. Guests were welcomed to a drinks reception before enjoying a delicious lunch, followed by the official awards ceremony.
36 staff across the Group received recognition for their long service achievements, many of whom attended the awards event at Ulster Rugby. These involved various areas of the business from Personal Lines, Commercial, Underwriting, Claims, Audit, IT, Customer Relations, Insurer Relations, Finance, Analytics and Software Development. The respective Directors of the staff receiving recognition attended the event, which was compered by Wendy Close, People Director, hosted by Trevor Shaw, Group CEO.
